How to beat Shyness

If your are shy and you want to beat shyness you have to become stronger in your mind. First realize that if you want to overcome shyness you have to look inside yourself, it comes from you. You have to have to talk to yourself, get yourself motivated and step out of your comfort zone.

The only way you beat shyness is if you be bold, the longer you stay shy or have anxiety for social situations the less you can enjoy life. So plan to do something you normally are to shy to do, and just do it! This is the only most effective and fastest way you beat your shyness.

Here is a very powerful exercise you can do to:

  • Go to a place in your home or somewhere else where you feel comfortable and sit or lay down in a relaxed position.
  • Picture a situation were you are shy in your mind;
    • Now in that state, picture, imagine, experience the person you desire to be;
      • What would you like say;
      • What would you like to do;
      • How would you like to act;
  • Do this for a couple of minutes with each situation. You can do this for as long as you want make sure you really experience the you you desire to be.

Repeat this exercise everyday and picture every situation you would like to change until it becomes your reality.
